• Tamara Di Tella

    Hello, Noel

Thanks for your mail. In answer to your question, in fact Tamara Di Tella Pilates is not designed for gaining or to losing weight, but it really helps tone and therefore to add some bulk to your muscles. Pilates is a physical activity that focuses on the lost volume of the muscles, but its work often makes you lose weight.  I recommend you start doing Tamara Di Tella Pilates at least three times a week. Test Pilates and Tango lates for 3 months and then you tell me if you see a difference. OK? Thanks! Tamara

I choose Tamara Di Tella because it is a registered trademark and hacerca people and by the same path, and because I found the Tangolates really unic and I want to teach it here, in Vermont, USA.

  • Shul K. – Dubai

    Tamara,

I’m really impressed!. Maybe I could bring your Method Tango Pilates to Dubai, in the Emirates.  Many people love Tango and some people are starting to get to know Pilates as well.

You usually give a franchise right? How does it work?

Let me know, because I really loved it and I think it will be a hit here.

    Sincerely, Shul

  • Vivian K. – Argentina

Hello! My name is Vivian. I work as a personal trainer in a gym for elderly people. I am 51 years old.

I would like to get certified in the Tamara Di Tella Pilates Method.  I chose Tamara Di Tella Pilates because I’ve heard of Tamara Di Tella many times. My immediate plan is to open a small Studio to give small Pilates group Reformer classes. I would be interested in getting information about your Pilates and your Tangolates  or Tango Pilates Courses and training.

Thank you very much. Best Regards.
